René-Jean Dard & François Ribo opened their estate in 1984, decades before the phrase “natural wine” existed. For decades they have been making wine which captures what the Japanese call “nomiyasui”, which roughly translates as the ability to be drunk with ease and pleasure. But these wines aren’t bottles of “smashable juice”. Supremely approachable yes, but so gorgeously fruity that you’ll want the experience to last as long as possible. This bottle is a blend of Marsanne and Roussanne.
