Etienne Fort, Monsieur S Cremant De Limoux, NV

Grape: Chardonnay, Chenin Blanc, Pinot Noir

Region: Cremant De Limoux AOC, Languedoc

An incredible Crémant with zero dosage. Attractive citrus fruits, lime blossom, a nice saline freshness and gentle bitters on the finish. The fruit for this wine is sourced from low-yielding vines at high altitude, which lends concentration and a generous acidity profile.
