Grape: Grenache, Cinsault

Region: Valvignères, Ardèche, France

Grenache harvested from Anders Vineyard in Valgrand. The grapes undergo maceration in the juices of directly pressed Cinsault from Le Mazel. They are macerated together for nine months before being pressed into old barriques for one year. Sitting somewhere between a rosé and a light red, this vibrant cuvée presents saline aromas, followed by candied fruits of red berries and blood orange on the palate, with no shortage of depth and texture. Best served with food.
