A blend of Drupeggio, Malvasia Toscana, Procanico, and Verdello, harvested from seventy-five-year-old vines on a 3.5ha estate in Orvieto. The grapes spend one week on the skins as whole bunches before ageing in stainless steel vats. A fresh and nuanced palate of stone fruits, herbal notes of sage and earth, mild tannins, and pleasant salinity.
