Equal parts Procanico and Trebbiano from vines planted over clay and limestone soils in Pitigliano. The fruit undergoes whole-bunch fermentation for one week before being pressed into vats for one year. It presents a rich amber hue in the glass, with grippy tannins, citrus fruits, earth, and spice on the palate.
