Grape: Pinot Noir

Region: Burgundy

Throughout this wine there are lovely, tart red fruit tones that are open to interpretation. Redcurrant, blackberry and tart cherry. There is an exuberant acidity, with delicate tannins, and fierce saline minerality on the finish that make this wine so refreshing and versatile at the table.
