A blend primarily of Albariño, Godello, and Treixadura, along with other indigenous varietals from Galicia in northern Spain. The grapes come from vineyards across diverse sites, each with distinct soils and characteristics. Harvested early to preserve freshness, the fruit is then fermented and aged for ten months in barrels and amphora. Floral and buttery aromas on the nose, a rounded palate with saline notes. Elegant, complex, and delicious.
