Variety: Sicily, Italy 

Catarratto grapes harvested from forty-year-old vines grown over black volcanic soils, a few hundred metres from the Mediterranean Sea. The grapes spend two days on the skins before being pressed into concrete vats. A beautiful golden hue in the glass, ripe stone fruits and smokiness on the palate, and a long saline finish. An honest reflection of its terroir.
