Château de Béru is a 400-year-old estate located in the heart of Chablis. Here, the vines are grown on clay soils over bedrock, enclosed within a clos built from the castle’s ancient ramparts. These walls protect the south-facing vineyard from prevailing winds, creating a unique microclimate.

This Chablis offers a rich, textured palate with a silky mouthfeel and a long, lingering finish. Delicate aromas of lemon, bergamot, cardamom, and subtle oak emerge, expressing pure elegance.
