Chardonnay harvested from two parcels, planted in 1993, 300m apart, vinified separately. Bal Air grows over rocky Portland limestone while Clardy on chalk limestone. The fruits are then blended together to create a refined Chablis with minerality, salinity and great depth and aging potential.
