Chardonnay is harvested from several different plots across Chablis. The grapes are handpicked and fermented with natural yeasts. Maturation occurs in foudre and oak barrels, Citrus peel, green apple and chalky minerals, with slight oxidative notes this is a Chablis of great balance and depth.
