Savagnin grown over gray and blue marl soils, from five hectares of vines of Julien Mareschel’s small estate in Arbois-Pupilin in Jura. More than half of the vines are thirty years old. The grapes were partially destemmed, fermented in natural yeast in oak founders, aged on lees for 12 months and topped up. Flint, tangerine and yellow floral aromas on the nose, with a bright palate and saline finish.
