A beautifully complex Savagnin from old vines on the blue and grey marl soils of Pupillin. Aged first ouillé before an extended period under voile, it combines dried citrus, walnut and gentle spice with remarkable tension, salinity and umami depth. Rich yet precise, with a long, mineral finish.
