Gamay d'Auvergne grown over clay and limestone soils, from vines in Tobize planted 450m above sea level. The grapes undergo semi-cardbonic maceration for two weeks, before six months of rest in stoneware vessels. Floral aromas on the nose, with a palate of red fruits and salinty.
