Domaine Marcel Lapierre, Raisins 2025

Raisins Gaulois is one of the most iconic wines from Domaine Marcel Lapierre. Made predominantly from young vines in Morgon and other plots in Beaujolais-Villages, this 100% Gamay is vinified without artificial intervention: using indigenous yeasts, gentle carbonic maceration and very little sulphur. The nose bursts with fresh raspberry, crisp cherry and tangy sweets, with a floral and peppery touch. On the palate, it's a wave of juicy fruit, with a smooth, silky texture and a delicious acidity.
