Region: Mâcon, Bourgogne

Chardonnay from hundred year old vines planted over limestone. The grapes were pressed slowly and gently before a year of elévage in old barriques. The result is a pure wine with great tension and acidity. This is drinking beautifully well already but will undoubtedly only benefit from further ageing.
