Grape: Moscato

Region: Langhe, Piemonte, Italy

Gently perfumed col-fondo of Moscato, energy-filled and vibrant with refreshing notes of lime, blossom, white peach and sage all tied together with a moreish chalky minerality.

From old vine Moscato planted on clay-limestone soils, after manual harvesting the Moscato begins fermentation in concrete, before being put into bottle with a little grape must kept aside from the harvest. The wine re-ferments in bottle and there is no disgorgement, leaving this fizz with that inviting textured haze. A wine which feels equal parts fun, uplifting and elegant, it’s a wine for any occasion.
