Ezio Cerruti, Ri Fol Rosato (2022)

Grape: Moscato, Freisa 

Region: Langhe, Piemonte, Italy 

The Moscato grapes are gently pressed before being blended with a small amount of Freisa to give the wine its pretty pink colour. The wine rests in stainless steel tanks before being bottled with a little grape must. The result is a delicate sparkling wine with notes of red berries and blood orange.
