Zibbibo hand harvested from 60-year-old bush vines, from one of the highest parcels in Pantelleria. The grapes spend seven months on the skins in underground amphorae before being bottled with no additives. Aromas of intense citrus and sea breeze, with notes of zest, salt, and brine on the palate. A truly delicious wine.
