Grape: Trebbiano, Ansonica & Procanico

Region: Bolsena, Lazio, Italy 

A blend of Trebbiano, Ansonica, and Procanico, hand-picked from forty-year-old vines in Bolsena, northern Lazio. The grapes are picked two weeks later than the others, giving fuller and riper flavours. They are macerated for four days before being pressed into open vats for a few months of ageing. Floral aromas are followed by ripe citrus fruits on the palate, plush tannins, and smooth textures.
