Equal parts Trebbiano and Procanico, harvested from forty-year-old vines in Bolsena. The grapes spend four days on the skins before being pressed into vats for six to eight months. Gleaming golden hues in the glass, with soft tannins and notes of mirabelle plum and minerality.
