Gentle Folk, Rainbow Juice 2022

Grapes: Pinot Gris, Gewurztraminer, Syrah, Chardonnay & Sauvignon Blanc

Region:  Adelaide Hills, Australia

Hand-harvested and fermented using native yeasts, then aged 6 months in old oak barrels. The wine is unfiltered and unfined. Refreshing and zesty, with aromas of citrus, tropical fruit and a hint of spice. Lively and juicy on the palate, with flavours of grapefruit, green apple and a touch of minerality, finishing crisp with a hint of salinity.
