Fizzy is Glow Glow’s signature sparkling wine made from a blend of Scheurebe, Bacchus, Riesling, Muscat, Muller-Thurgau and Chardonnay from parcels in Mandeler Dellchen. Some of the grapes are pressed directly, while others are macerated, then aged on the lees before disgorgement. An energetic and refreshing pet nat.
