Grape: Gelber Muskateller

Region: Nahe, Germany

Muskateller harvested from two parcels, one planted over red sandstone, and the other a three-year-old plot on the plateau. The grapes undergo ten days of carbonic maceration before being pressed by foot and transferred to barrels for fermentation and ageing. Perfumed nose, with stone fruit and herbs on the palate, and a fresh acidity.
