Riesling harvested from low-yield vines grown over red sandstone and yellow sandy soils. The grapes are directly pressed into old barrels, where they undergo fermentation and ageing. A light spritz upon opening, this cuvée has a savoury palate with flinty aromas, bright citrus fruits, and racing acidity. Refreshing and easy-drinking.
