Riesling harvested from low-yielding vines grown over red sandstone and yellow sandy soils. The fruit is pressed directly before being transferred into old barrels for fermentation and ageing. A light spritz upon bottling, this wine offers savoury, smoky aromas and a palate of citrus fruits and electric acidity.
