Pinot Noir grown over red sandstone on a parcel in the Mandeler Dellchen. Two-thirds of the grapes undergo carbonic maceration, while the remainder spend two weeks on the skins with daily pigeage. A light yet complex wine, with bright red fruits, earthy notes, and a savory finish.
