Blaufrakisch harvested from a plot that is currently undergoing biodynamic conversion, which is represented by the mask on the character's face on the label. The grapes were fermented and aged in steel and wooden vats. Bright and expressive red and  fresh black fruits, with hints of earth and spice. Both complex and fresh.
