Gut Oggau, Weinland "Timotheus" White 2021

Biodynamic Austrian wine from Gut Oggau, made from hand-harvested Weissburgunder on limestone and slate soils. Partially fermented on skins, and all fermented and aged in wooden vats, this white has length and ageing potential, but plenty of energy: ripe fruit and minerals, and the signature acidity and playfulness we'd expect from a Gut Oggau white.
