Grape: Susumaniello

Region: Gioia del Colle, Puglia, Italy

This delicious rosato comes from young vines of Susumaniello planted over limestone. The grapes spent an evening on their skins to lend a flash of colour, before being pressed to porcelain amphorae for fermentation and ageing until the following spring. Pale cherry-red and fruity, it offers no shortage of brightness.
