Chenin Blanc from a small plot in Saint-Lambert-du-Lattay, Anjou. The grapes were picked by hand and fermented with indigenous yeasts, before ageing for 12 months in oak barrels, where it undergoes malolactic fermentation. A beautiful golden hue in the glass, with a rich nose of apples and orchard plums, alongside notes of sherry and beeswax, balanced by refreshing acidity.
