Chenin Blanc from a small parcel in Saint-Lambert-du-Lattay, Anjou.

The grapes are harvested manually, pressed slowly, and fermented with natural yeasts before being aged in oak for one year, undergoing malolactic fermentation. Golden in the glass, with aromas of apple and yellow orchard plum, complemented by notes of sherry and beeswax on the palate, lifted by crisp acidity.
