The grapes are fermented as whole bunch in open vats for a week, before nine to eleven months of aging in foudres. A palate of rich and ripe peaches, papaya and tangerine, light tanins and freshing acidity. Recommended uncorking thirty minutes prior to drinking. To be drunk at cellar temperature.
