Alerte Rouge 2022 is a new cuvée made with Grolleau from the same vines as Le Zu Defruit. The grapes are fermented for 5 days, followed by 6 months of elevage. Like Le Zu Defruit it is earthy and bright but less structured. A joyful and easy-going red wine. As with all Jérôme’s wines, it has been bottled unfiltered, unfined, and with no additions.
