Chardonnay from the Lark Block of the Durant Vineyard in Oregon’s Dundee Hills.

The grapes are pressed as whole bunches and fermented with native yeasts in concrete, amphora, and stainless steel tanks, before further élevage in French oak. Golden in the glass, with aromas of jasmine, green apple, and tarragon. The palate is silky, smooth, and rounded, with flavours of lime and green apple, lifted by vibrant acidity.
