Grapes harvested from young and old vines from small parcels in Vilalba dels Arcs. They are pressed whole bunches, very slowly into French oak and chestnut barrels for 10 months of maturation, followed by and another 6 months in bottle. Rich, perfumed aromas of stone fruits and almonds on the nose, with a chalky, saline finish.
