Grape: Chenin Blanc

Region: Coteaux-du-Loir, Loire, France 

Chenin Blanc from vines over 100 years old. The grapes are picked from a higher-elevation section of the vineyard, where the soils are rich in silex and sand. They are pressed directly into barrels and aged for three years. The result is a structured and powerful wine, marked by strong minerality and notes of citrus, smoke, spice, and brine. Excellent aging potential.
