Grenache, Carignan and Mourvèdre harvested from 90-year-old vines. The fruit was destemmed and vinified in amphora, followed by concrete vats. Spicy black fruit aromas, followed by plum and blood orange on the palate, with subtle notes of herbs and salinity.
