Grape: Muscat Petit Grains, Roussane

An unlikely pairing of  Muscat a Petits Grains and Rossanein Vingrau, grown over clay and limestone soils in one of the best terroirs in the Roussillon. The grapes are fermented with natural yeasts and undergo full malolactic fermentation. Maturation occurs for 12 months in 400l barrels, 12 months in steel tanks and an additional six months in bottles. Candied orange peel, wild honey and floral aromas with textured petrol-like notes on the palate.
