Grape: Pinot Noir, Pinot Gris 

Region: Epfig, Alsace

Equal parts Pinot Gris and Pinot Noir from thirty-year-old vines planted in clay and limestone soils. The grapes are macerated together as whole bunches for 10 days, then aged for 9 months in barrels. Pale red in the glass, this fresh and vibrant cuvée shows blood orange and spice aromas, while remaining light and fresh on the palate.
