A blend of Montepulciano and Moscato Rosa. The grapes undergo spontaneous fermentation in concrete vats, with refinement taking place in amphorae. Sweet aromas of peach, apricot, and candy on the nose are followed by an almost sherbet-like texture, vibrant acidity, and mild tannins on the palate. A playful rosé with a vibrant personality.
