Grape: Pinot Gris, Sauvignon Blanc

A blend of Sauvignon Blanc and Pinot Gris, fermented together and aged one year on skins before barrel ageing. Bright and expressive, sour cherry, soft florals, mineral tension, gentle oak, a slightly reductive nose, vibrant acidity, and a lively, textured finish.
