Grape: Grolleau

Grolleau harvested from fifty year old vines planted over loam, which have never been subjected to chemical farming. The grapes were fermented for 10 days as whole bunches before being pressed into vats for a short rest. Driven by a palate black fruits, herbs, and earth, this cuvee is a lively and rustic expression of its terroir.
