Grape: Sangiovese, Ciliegiolo, Cannailo, Vaino

A blend of predominately Sangiovese with Ciliegiolo, Cannaiolo and Vaiano which have been planted together. The grapes are destemmed and macerated for three weeks before pressed into oak and chestnut casts for a year or rest. Soft tannins and mouthfeel with cherries, earth and herbs on the palate.
