Grape: Grenache Gris, Grenache Blanc, Grenache Noir 

Region: Banyuls-sur-Mer, Roussillon

A blend of Grenache Gris, Blanc, and Noir, harvested from seventy-year-old vines planted over shale. The grapes are harvested at full maturity, some kept as whole bunches while others are destemmed, before spending one week on the skins. Once pressed, the wine rests in barriques until the following spring. In the glass, it shows a delicate shade of purple, with juicy red fruits, blood orange, generous minerality on the palate, and quenching acidity. Aromas of wildflowers and spice.
