Savagnin harvested from vines grown over clay and limestone soils, in the hills below Grusse. The grapes were directly pressed into old barrels for three year of elevage. The result is a powerful and refined expression of Savagnin, with flavours of citrus, stones, salinity and spice. Has great aging potential.
