Grape: 50% Pinot Noir, 50% Pinot Gris

Equal parts whole bunch and destemmed Pinot Noir and Pinot Gris. The grapes are pressed directly and left to infuse for about ten days before being left to age for a year in old barrels. Bright, joyful and vibrant with the freshness of the high altitude running through the wine.
