Manon, Peaches 2022

Grape: Sauvignon Blanc, Pinot Gris, Chardonnay, Savagnin

This wine is a field blend, a collective ferment of most of the white grapes they grow. Chardonnay, Pinot Gris & Sauvignon Blanc with a little dash of Savagnin macerated together for about ten days before pressed off to old barrels and clay eggs.  Each variety adding its own texture and component to this wine. The texture is velvety and succulent. A gorgeous shade of peach, gentle scents of orange blossom draw you in, whilst neat tannins frame refreshing notes of mandarin. Achingly pure, this is some of their best work to date.
