Region: Dimane, Qannboubine Valley, North Lebanon 

Merwah grapes are picked in mid-October and crushed into two lots before fermenting in stainless steel and amphorae for three weeks. Amber hue in the glass, with orange peel and apricot aromas on the nose. Crunchy and textural, with a vibrant acidity.
