Michel Gahier follows traditional winemaking methods with meticulous vineyard care; using no additives unless its a minimal touch of sulfites when necessary. This wine has a radiant golden colour with expressive aromas of baked apple, citrus zest, and hawthorn. On the palate, it offers a harmonious balance, with a well-defined structure, lively mineral freshness, and a long, lingering finish marked by delicate oxidative notes.
