Savagnin sourced from Gahier’s finest plots in his eight-hectare estate in Monigny-les-Arsures. Aged sous voile (under flor) in old oak barrels for seven years in 400 litre old oak barrels, not topped up during maturation. Golden hues in the glass, with aromas of citrus peels and dried fruits. Michel recommends 10-20 years of aging for Vin Jaune to fully develop.
