Organic Gamay grapes were harvested by hand. Semi carbonic maceration and fermentation with indigenous yeast. Bottled with no filtration, fining or added sulphur.

A natural red wine with a medium body. The focus here is on fresh fruit but after a few years in bottle there is some nice development of darker and earthier notes. Great balance with fresh acidity and nothing too wild.
